Hello! My name is Matt Bevington also known as CameraByMatt on Instagram. I am a photographer who enjoys the bliss life of travel! Currently, I still have a full-time job working in a hotel but I one day aim to leave that all behind for the complete photography travel life and full-time blogger.
I am 22 years old and I’ve been doing photography for about 4 years now. I found my love for photography by mistake or fate depending on how you see it. I was studying Media at college and for twice a week we would have a lesson on photography and this is where my passion developed from. For what at first felt like another class in college grew into something that I became fascinated with like… a lot! When I dropped out of college to work full-time, I decided to teach myself more photography skills! I would spend hours watching YouTube videos and reading books, I even had a few friends that did photography who taught me a thing or two! I got my very first DSLR in November 2016 for my birthday. My mum bought me a Canon 700D and although I now shoot with a Canon 6D I still have this camera as a souvenir or a back up if I ever need it.
